Shipments are made every Monday and Wednesday via USPS for US or Puerto Rico.

Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order.

The cost of shipping stipulated in your order is based on charges under Priority Mail packages established by the USPS but this may vary according to weight and distance.

Cookie Sttufy is not responsible for delays in delivery time due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders may not be cancelled once order is placed, order number is provided and payment is collected. Orders that already have a generated tracking number are also unable to be cancelled
